It is important for us to have a discussion about how we can work together before any payment is made. It is important that the coaching service offered is a good fit for what you are after as a client. In some situations another coach or service may be more appropriate, especially if there are underlying medical conditions.

What experience and qualifications do you have?

Dr Deb Carnes has extensive experience working in health, education, policy and research. This includes supporting individuals in both the health and education sectors relating to workload, workplace safety and wellbeing.
As an academic she was part of a teaching team that developed an innovative breadth unit on the topic of resilience in emergencies.
She is a certified health coach (Wellness Coaching Australia) and professional member of Health Coaches Australia and New Zealand Association (HCANZA).
Deb's other formal qualifications include post-graduate qualifications in health promotion, education and her PhD which related to safety climate.
