Dr Deb Carnes
- extensive experience working in health, education and policy including supporting individuals in both the health and education sectors relating to workload, workplace safety and wellbeing.
- a former academic who was member of a teaching team that developed an innovative breadth unit on the topic of resilience in emergencies.
- a certified health coach (Wellness Coaching Australia) and professional member of Health Coaches Australia and New Zealand Association (HCANZA).
- other formal qualifications including post-graduate qualifications in health promotion, education and her PhD which related to safety climate.
